Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

Provide support to the Marketing Manager on the development and execution of various lead generation / pipeline nurturing campaigns and sales enablement projects. Manage key internal projects and vendor relationships, and coordinate logistics for events.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign management: Execute and optimize lead generation and conversion campaigns as directed by the Marketing Manager (primarily using HubSpot).
  • Event marketing and management: Coordinate logistics, travel, and staffing needs for company events such as trade shows, user group meetings, and special events as needed.
  • Product collateral: Support the production of marketing materials, such as product collateral, newsletter content, and targeted emails, with other materials as needed. These projects will be developed in cooperation with the Marketing Manager.
  • Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant SEO terms.
  • Update and maintain our demo website: www.grandkeyclub.com
  • Analyze corporate website Google Analytics, and suggest tweaks to improve qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Manage CE’s social media profiles and ensure consistent brand presence.
  • Support the planning, production, and presentation of lead gen webinar content.
  • Complete Salesforce contact and accounts data entry projects as needed.
  • Compiling data in Salesforce for historical trend analysis.
  • Identify, build, and maximize relationships with key industry influencers, resulting in more cross-promotional opportunities (e.g., guest blogging -- getting in front of each organization's audience).   
  • Support the overall initiative directed by the Marketing Manager  
  • Discovering ways to take better advantage of social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
  • May perform other duties as assigned

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing or communications experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Ability to juggle the management of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Responsible, motivated and dedicated person who can work with minimal supervision in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • HTML experience (CSS experience is a plus)
