This candidate must have excellent customer service and financial accounting skills / knowledge in order to service our customers. This candidate must be a self-starter, who is able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment.  High level of customer service for on-demand support.  Must be proactive and have the initiative to solve client problems and manage different personalities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously
  • Communicate effectively with all departments within the company
  • Actively listen and assess client needs to provide effective, value-added solutions
  • Educate clients on Clubessential products to optimize their product utilization and overall business results
  • Actively engage clients with value-added insight into website usage
  • Demonstrate accomplished understanding of the technical capabilities of our products
  • Provide initial product training to new clients and ongoing product training to existing clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in collaborative work sessions regarding client needs and system improvements
  • Document client interaction in CRM


  • 4 year Degree in Hospitality / Management or Accounting
  • Experience with POS software or Accounting / Billing Software
  • Basic Accounting / Finance skills & knowledge
  • Working knowledge of CRM Software
  • Experience maintaining excellent customer relationships
  • Experience working in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
