IT Support Technician
Clubessential, the leading SAAS business in the private club industry is looking for a well-rounded, IT enthusiast to support and maintain in-house technology infrastructure and to manage client related technology projects and troubleshooting. The IT Support Technician works in the Information Technology department.
Installs, maintains and troubleshoots employee computer systems
Maintains internal servers
Troubleshoots computer, phone, email, printing and other employee technical issues
Manages and monitors hosted Email system for employees and clients
Works with outside technology vendors for internal and external systems
Records and maintains documentation for each process
Maintains knowledge of hardware platform operating systems as well as other operating systems supported by the company
Educates and collaborates with other members of the technical staff or with team members outside of the IT department
Researches and proposes new initiatives for IT projects, processes, etc.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Bachelor's Degree preferred, prior software, networking and hardware experience, 1 or more years
Excellent oral, written, and technical communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Understanding of the following technologies: Google Apps, Windows Domain Management, SQL, Salesforce.com.
